Traditional hatha yoga class, incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques),
asana (posture work) and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all abilities, to
help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and to re-gain a sense of calm. I
am also trained in remedial and pregnancy yoga and able to offer support and
guidance to any joining the general class above. I also offer 1/1 classes in the
comfort of your own home if required.
